Wedding Video Payment Policy

Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $100 of the total cost of the project is requested to reserve your date. 50% of the remaining balance will be due prior to any pre-wedding day video shoot or fourteen (14) business days prior to the wedding date - whichever is preceding. Any remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) business days prior to your event. Wedding day videotaping will not occur until 100% of the balance is paid in full (including check clearance at least 48 hours in advance of wedding day). Other arrangements/amendments to this agreement may be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Late Payment
"Late payment" is defined as payment submitted after 11:59pm on the day that payment is due. In the case of payments submitted as checks sent through the mail, both the check's date and the postmark date must be on or before the payment's "due date" for the payment to be "on time". In the event of late payment, client will be notified and payment must be made within 24 hours of notification. If payment is still not made, all accounts and ongoing services will be suspended, and the service contract will be terminated.

Date Changes
In the event that your date needs to be changed, we will do our best to accommodate the new date and time. If we happen to be available on your new date, your deposit, payments, and contract will be transferred to your new date. However, if we're unable to accommodate your new date, any deposits or payments you've made prior to your cancellation are non-refundable.

Cancellation
Because your date is reserved specifically for you and we therefore schedule no other clients on that date, any deposits or payments you've made prior to your cancellation are non-refundable.
