proVanceTek offers several different methods of pricing for wedding video production work.

Our goal is to deliver to you the best quality wedding DVD without draining your bank account. That's why we're reasonably priced and are willing to work with you financially as necessary. We don't believe that we have to charge an arm and a leg to be successful, we simply have to take care of our customers.

$500 - Basic Wedding Package
We'll show up an hour prior to your ceremony to setup equipment. Your ceremony will be recorded in high definition.

$1000 - Upgraded Wedding Package
We'll show up with one video assistant an hour prior to your ceremony to setup equipment. Your ceremony will be recorded in high definition with three cameras (two manned).

$2000 - Silver Wedding Package
In addition to the above, a video assistant will also cover the bridemaids and the groomsmen preparing prior to the wedding. We'll capture priceless, intimate moments that are shared amongst the wedding party leading up to the wedding. Additionally, we'll capture all the special events at your reception (entrance, first dance, toasts, bouquet, garter, etc).

$2500 - Gold Wedding Package
In addition to the above, we'll stay through the very end of the reception to capture on video the newlyweds heading out for their wedding night!

$3000 - Titanium Wedding Package
In addition to the above, we'll add the below detailed Pre-Wedding Day Interview and Engagement Photo Montage videos to be included in your final DVD and/or played at your reception.

$4000 - Platinum Wedding Package
In addition to the above, we'll include the below detailed Same-Day-Edit wedding film to be played at your reception and included in your final DVD.

$5000 - Diamond Wedding Package
In addition to the above, as an added special touch to your wedding DVD, throughout the day we'll shoot film; yes, acual 8mm or 16mm film! Check out the below info for more details. Also, we'll throw in extra copies of your DVD so that you can give one to each member of your wedding party as a token of your appreciation for their involvement in your special day. We'll also guarantee that we have your completed wedding DVD's to you within 30 days to share with friends and family.

Pre-Wedding Day Interview
We'll meet with you a week or two before your wedding, shoot some creative video with you and your fiance at a location of your choosing, separate the two of you and ask you some intimate questions about one another, then head back to the office to create a unique, journalistic-styled video that will be included in your final wedding DVD and could even be played during your cocktail hour at your reception. This can be added to any package or purchased individually for $500.

Engagement Film
We'll work with you to gather photos and/or video of both you and your fiance growing up, in college, and most importantly, together. The video will be edited together in a unique montage accompanied by your favorite music, or maybe even "your song." The video will be included in your final DVD and could even be featured during your "first dance" at your wedding reception. This can be added to any package or purchased individually for $500.

Same-Day-Edit Film
Our Same Day Edit (SDE) film option is a truly unique way to bring together both sides of the families, and allow everyone to see both perspectives of a hectic, but amazing day. We film all day and edit together a 3-5 minute short film for you to show towards the end of your reception. And you'd be surprised at how much you, as the bride and groom, won't remember either! And let's face it, it's much better than a 10 minute picture slideshow. This can be added to any package or purchased individually for $1000.

8mm or 16mm Wedding Film
You would think in today's age of HD this and HD that, people would have forgotten old film along time ago. But you see, its more popular than ever. Super 8mm and 16mm are special. Just something about it draws you in. When you add film to an HD wedding video it adds so much character to it, it adds another dimension. Its hard not to feel nostalgic when watching Super 8mm films. This can be added to any package or purchased individually for $500.

RAW Video Footage
We'll provide all the RAW video footage from your wedding day to you royalty-free on DVD for your future use. This could come in handy if you eventually desire to have someone create additional video pieces for various occasions, say a future anniversary video, for example. We simply ask that you compensate us for our added effort and expenses related to providing this footage to you on additional DVD(s); a nominal fee of $500.

Additional DVD's
We include five DVD's with each package - one for the bride and groom, bride's parents, groom's parents, bride's grand parents, and the groom's grand parents. Additional DVD's can be requested prior to the wedding with no additional cost. After the wedding, extra DVD's can be supplied upon request for $10/ea.

*Additional Mileage
All the above packages include travel up to 20 miles from Downtown Columbus. If you're outside Columbus, but still in Ohio, no worries, we can still work with you. We'll just need to charge an additional fee of $1/mile for travel expenses. Travel outside of Ohio may require additional travel expenses.

Additional Hours
If you'd like a minimal package, but would like to add some time for whatever reason, you may do so for an additional $100/hr.

Expedited Turn Around
We always try to turn projects around quickly; mainly because we hate when they pile up on our desks. However, with this upgrade, we'll make your project top priority as soon as we get back from shooting your wedding! It's not soo much that we put your project ahead of everyone elses, it's that we work on your project outside of normal business hours to ensure that it's done more quickly than normal. We can take the typical tweelve week turn around and make it less than two weeks! This can be added to any package for $1000.

We understand that weddings get very expensive, very quickly. Today, the average wedding costs about $30k. We don't want to feel as though we put a bride and groom in a tough financial situation that is setting them up for failure. That's why you will find that our pricing is soo competitive. However, we understand that it all adds up and that even with our reasonable pricing, it can still be financially overwhelming. Ultimately, we want you to walk away with a DVD that accurately, creatively, and completely captures your wedding day.

We are willing to work with you in two ways, 1) we can accept flexible payments, and 2) we are willing to accept your offer for your project as follows:

If you're worried about the cost of capturing your wedding day on video, you may submit an offer to us. Please read the above packages and a la carte items carefully. Once you have done so, shoot us an email and make sure to include three things: the date and time of your wedding, what wedding video options you'd like, and what cost your budget permits for your wedding video. We will review and contact you regarding your offer.
